Our Diamond plan extended warranty program is a comprehensive extended service contract. It offers you an additional 4 years over of the standard 1 year given by Vertex. We have made it simple to enjoy a total of 5 worry free years with the purchase of this extended plan.
The Diamond plan caters to new high-tech watches Vertex produces today. We offer comprehensive coverage to repair any failure or breakdown that may occur on the watch movement.
We warranty the movement will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. In case this warranty is breeched, at our option we will repair or replace the applicable watch. The only exclusion this contract does not cover is regular wear and tear, such as scratches that may be caused by daily use on the metal and leather band case or crystal. The warranty will be voided if the watch has been mishandled or used under extraordinary conditions. Opening the watch by an unauthorized Vertex service center voids the warranty automatically. Under this warranty your watch is also protected for the water resistancy as marked. It is important to know that you must keep the crowns and pushers closed and/or screwed in correctly before submerging the watch in water. Not closing so will void the water resistancy warranty.
Terms: This warranty is offered on new watches only. In order to apply, please send us a copy of your purchase receipt showing the date of purchase. Application for our Diamond plan will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Shipping: Product owner will be responsible for the shipping to us, any shipping back to the owner will be charged at a flat rate of $25.00, which should be enclosed by means of a check payable to Vertex when sending the watch for service. You will need to ship the watch to the following location when service is required

Owners of a Diamond service plan do not need a return authorization number. Just be sure to mark your plan number on the shipping label when sending. Plan costs are based on the official suggested retail value of the watch as marked.
